Are you trying to eat right? It is not necessary to give up pizza, because you can cook it on a yeast-free dough. According to this recipe, pizza turns out to be soft, thin and delicious. As a filling, I suggest using cheese, onions and champignons.
Ingredients
- Flour - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Milk (warm) – 150 ml
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Olive oil (for lubrication) – 40 ml
- Champignons - 150 g
- Bell pepper - 1 piece
- Bow purple - 1 piece
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Tomato sauce - 3 art.l.
- Ground black pepper (coarse grinding) – to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour with baking powder, sugar and salt.
Add warm milk, lightly beaten egg and knead a soft dough.
Sprinkle with flour, cover with cling film and remove to a warm place for 15 minutes.
Chop the champignons, peeled bell peppers and onions. Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
Roll out a thin cake from the dough and put it in a greased form.
Brush with tomato sauce, lay out the mushrooms, bell peppers and onions.
Sprinkle with cheese, pepper and send for 20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Put the finished pizza on a large platter and serve hot.
