- Flour - 200 g
- Coffee (instant) – 1 tsp.
- Cocoa - 1 tbsp.l .
- Kefir - 200 ml
- Sugar - 4 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking powder - 1 art.l.
- Milk chocolate - 100 g
- Butter - 40 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs lightly with sugar until fluffy foam.
Mix warm kefir and baking powder, pour into the egg preparation.
Add flour, cocoa, coffee and mix until smooth.
Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it well.
Spoon a small island of dough in the middle, fry on medium heat for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath.
Put the finished pancakes on a plate and pour over the chocolate.
