Ingredients
- Flour - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Butter (soft) – 120 g
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - half a glass
- Cocoa - 5 tbsp.l.
- Vanilla Essence - 1 drop
- Milk - 5 art.l.
- Powdered sugar - 1 glass
- Butter - 30 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa.
Beat the egg with soft butter well with a mixer.
Pour the dry billet into the egg-oil mixture, add vanilla essence and knead a soft dough.
Divide the dough in half. Roll out each piece to a thickness of 5-7 mm. Carefully wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Put the dough on the table, squeeze out the cookies with a glass and put them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.
Bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 170 degrees.
Mix butter, powdered sugar and warm milk. Beat with a mixer for 2-3 minutes.
Glue the cooled cookies together two by two with the help of cream.
