This recipe combines all the best at once. And it's not surprising, because the filling with meat and vegetables goes inside, and the cheese goes outside. It turns out not only delicious, but also incredibly satisfying. A good option when you need to feed a whole family or a lot of guests.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix the dry ingredients for the dough, pour the yogurt with the egg and add the melted butter at the end.

Knead the elastic dough and leave it in the heat for an hour. Divide into parts and leave for another 20 minutes.

Finely chop the tomato and pepper, mix with minced meat, egg and a third suluguni.

Roll out the dough into layers, lay out the filling and wrap with a bag.

Roll out again to 1.5 cm and sprinkle with the remaining suluguni.

Cook khachapuri for 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
