It is not necessary to cook doughnuts with yeast. Very tasty and soft dough is obtained on kefir. To do this, you will need baking powder or baking soda. It may take a little more flour, so immediately prepare it with a small margin.
Ingredients
- Flour - 600 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Kefir (warm) – 220 ml
- Baking powder dough - 0,5 tsp.
- Honey - 3 art.l.
- Vanilla sugar - 2 sachets
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Vegetable oil (odorless) – 400 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix the sifted flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and salt.
Add warm kefir, egg, honey and knead the dough.
Form thick sausages from the dough, cut across into pieces about 5 centimeters thick. Shape each piece into a donut.
Fry the donuts in hot oil until golden brown and place on a paper towel.
