Don't know what to cook from cottage cheese? Use my simple recipe. Rosy and fragrant, juicers with cottage cheese are ideal with a cup of cocoa or warm milk. They are loved by children and adults, they are healthy and quite satisfying.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix egg, sugar, sour cream and softened butter in a bowl.

Combine the sifted flour with salt and baking powder, gradually add to the bowl with other products. Knead the elastic dough, cover with cling film and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Prepare the filling: rub the cottage cheese through a sieve, combine with sour cream, protein and sugar, add starch. Stir until smooth.

Roll out the cooled dough with a thickness of 3 mm, using a special mold, mug or cream bowl, cut out circles.

Put a tablespoon of cottage cheese filling on one half of the circle, cover with the other half, press down a little (do not completely close the dough).

Place the formed succulents on a baking sheet lined with parchment, lubricate with a yolk-milk mixture.

Bake the juicers in a preheated 190°C oven for 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle the cooled juicers with sugar or powdered sugar.
