An interesting variant of a popular dish is potato pancakes. You can use freshly boiled potatoes or leftovers after dinner. The main feature is that the dough breaks very easily, so it must be turned over very carefully!

Ingredients

  • Flour - 1 glass
  • Milk (warm) – 400 ml
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
  • Potatoes - 300 g
  • Garlic - 2 clove
  • Salt - 0,25 tsp.
  • Sugar - 0,5 tsp
  • Baking powder - 0,5 tsp.
  • Vegetable oil (odorless) – 3 tbsp.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Boil potatoes in uniforms until ready.

Cool, peel and crush with a pusher.

Beat the eggs lightly with sugar and salt.

Add half of the warm milk, garlic passed through the press and potato mass. Mix everything well.

Pour in the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough until smooth.

Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it up. Pour a little dough and spread evenly over the entire surface.

Fry the pancake until golden brown, gently flip to the other side and continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
