- Flour - 350 g
- Water (warm) – 1 glass
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Dry yeast - 1 tsp.

- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
In a high container, mix warm water, sugar, salt and yeast.
Add lightly beaten egg, sifted flour, vanilla and mix well.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and put it away in a warm place for half an hour.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon the pancakes and fry until golden brown on both sides.
