Eggplant is one of the main ingredients of Georgian cuisine, while khachapuri is one of its main dishes. So why don't we combine the two into one? And at the same time we will do everything in a frying pan so as not to waste time on the oven.
Ingredients
For Dough:
- Flour - 125 g
- Egg whites - 1 piece
- Salt - 1 pinch
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l .
- Sour cream - 100 g
For filling:
- Eggplant - 200 g
- Cilantro - 4 twigs
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cut the eggplant into small cubes, fry until browned, season and add chopped cilantro with chili.
Knead the elastic dough from all the ingredients, divide in half and roll out.
Put the filling on each tortilla, put it in a bag and roll it out again.
Fry the khachapuri on low heat for 7 minutes per side.
