Khachapuri with lamb is no more difficult to prepare than with any other filling. They can even be safely fried in a frying pan – everything will be baked for sure. And to make the dish softer and juicier, add some tomatoes.
Ingredients
For the test:
- Kefir - 150 ml
- Sugar - 1 tsp.
- Salt - 1 tsp.
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp.
- Flour - 350 g
- Olive oil - 3 art.l.
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece

Add salt, sugar and soda to kefir.
Leave for a minute, and then add the rest of the ingredients and knead the dough.
Finely chop the lamb and onion, and fry until half cooked.
Add spices, chopped tomatoes and cilantro, and fry for another 2 minutes.
Divide the dough into pieces and roll out into tortillas. Wrap the filling in each one and roll it out again.
Cook khachapuri in a frying pan over low heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
