My kids love fruits, but they often forget that they are in the refrigerator. So a charlotte with bananas appeared in our family. Now I am sharing this recipe with you in the hope that you will be happy to try this pastry in a new interpretation.

Preparing sponge dough for Charlotte. To do this, mix eggs and sugar in a bowl, and beat them to a thick foam.

Sift the flour and mix it with baking powder. Add the flour in parts to the eggs and continue to beat. The dough should not be too thick.

Cut bananas into rings half a centimeter long. Prepare a baking dish, grease it with vegetable oil.

Pour a little dough on the bottom of the mold, put a layer of bananas. Repeat again. Put the charlotte to bake in the oven at 180C for 25-30 minutes.

Take it out, let it cool down a little and only then take it out of the mold. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
