Ingredients
- Almond flour - 100 g
- Egg whites (chilled) – 2 pieces
- Powdered sugar - 6 tbsp.l .
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat the chilled whites with salt to sharp peaks.
In a separate container, mix the flour with powdered sugar.
Pour the dry mixture into the proteins in portions, stirring gently in one direction.
With a teaspoon, place small islands of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake cookies for 15-20 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
