Different dairy products are often used to make pancakes. Reacting with baking powder or soda, they make the dough fluffy and soft. Among other options, I especially liked to cook on Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
- Flour - 220 g
- Greek yogurt - 200 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Baking powder dough (without slide) – 1 tbsp.l .
- Powdered sugar - 50 g
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Corn oil - 80 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Beat eggs with salt and powdered sugar until fluffy foam.
Add the yogurt and mix well.
Add the sifted flour, baking powder and mix.
Grease a frying pan with oil, pour a little dough into the center, forming a perfectly round island.
Fry for 2-3 minutes on one side, then turn over and cook the same amount on the other side.
