Do you want to pamper your family with a delicious dinner? Prepare an Italian pizza with tomatoes, parmesan and olives. The recipe is very simple, even with the test you will cope easily. All the proportions and features of the process are described in detail!

Ingredients

For Dough:
  • Flour - 2 glasses
  • Dry yeast - 1,5 tsp.
  • Water (warm) – 120 ml
  • Olive oil - 3 tbsp.l .
  • Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
  • Salt - 0,5 tsp.
For filling:

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Pour yeast, sugar and 2 tbsp flour into warm water. Stir and remove to a warm place for 15 minutes.

Sift the flour into a wide bowl, add salt, 1 tbsp olive oil and water with yeast.

Knead the plastic dough, greasing your hands and the board with oil.

Cover the dough with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Cut both types of tomatoes in half. Cut the parmesan into slices with a special knife.

Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a thin cake and put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

Grease the resulting billet with sauce, sprinkle with a small amount of parmesan, spread out the olives and bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven.

Sprinkle the finished pizza with tomatoes, olives, remaining parmesan, basil and Italian herbs.
