Ingredients
- Raspberry - 500 g
- Wine (white) – 100 ml
- Wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
- Ground black pepper - 0,5 tsp.
- Ground coriander - 0,5 tsp.
- Sugar - 1 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 0,5 tsp.
- Water - 150 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the raspberries and chop them in a blender.
Add water, sugar, salt and boil over low heat for 10 minutes.
Pour in the wine, add the spices and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.
Add the wine vinegar and remove from the heat after 1 minute.
Arrange the sauce in sterilized jars and roll up.
