To all lovers of original combinations of ingredients in blanks – here is a compote of pears and dogwood. Moderately sweet, with a slight sourness, and also very bright and simply beautiful. Be sure to stock at least a few jars, and you won't regret it!
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Coarsely chop the pears, rinse the dogwood and put everything in sterile jars.
Pour boiling water, cover with lids and leave for 10 minutes.
Drain the water, boil it again and add sugar and lemon juice.
Fill the pear with dogwood and roll up the jars.
