Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil water with sugar and boil until dissolved.
Put the washed barberry there and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Grind the workpiece through a sieve and boil for another 10 minutes.
If you want a thicker jam, add agar and boil for another 2 minutes.
Roll the jam into sterile jars.
