- Pork ribs - 450 g
- Smoked meat - 1 kg
- Pickled cucumbers - 8 pieces
- Potatoes - 2 pieces
- Onion - 1 piece
- Sauerkraut - 150 g
- Olives - 100 g
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Fill the ribs with water, bring to a boil and boil for about 50 minutes.
Finely chop the onion and fry until golden.
Add the chopped smoked meat to the onion and fry for another 5 minutes.
Squeeze the sauerkraut, slice it and send it to the same place. Fry for another 7 minutes. Add tomato if desired.
Put the sliced potatoes in the finished broth. After 15 minutes, roast and diced cucumbers.
Cook everything together for 10-12 minutes and then add the sliced olives and spices.
