Ingredients
- Water - 1.5 l
- Sugar - 4-5 art.l.
- Raspberry - 200 g
- Strawberries - 200 g
- Red currant - 200 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pick a berry and cover with sugar in a saucepan.
Pour boiling water over everything and bring to a boil.
Cook the compote for literally 5 minutes on high heat, stirring.
Let it cool under the lid and strain.
