- Dogwood - 300 g
- Sugar - 150 g
- Water (cleaned) – 2,5 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Sort out the dogwood and rinse.
Pour the berries into boiling water and boil for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, cool slightly, add sugar and mix well.
Cover the finished dogwood compote with a lid and put it aside for 30 minutes.
