- Kalina - 1 kg
- Water - 1 glass
- Sugar - 1.2 kg
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Turn over the viburnum, pour boiling water and bring to a boil.
Boil for 15 minutes and rub it through a sieve.
Add sugar, bring to a boil again and boil for another 20-30 minutes.
Roll up the jam in sterile jars for the winter.
