Surprisingly, the number of blanks that can be made from figs is much more than it seems at first glance. In addition to all kinds of jam, I suggest cooking such a wonderful sauce for meat. Roll it up in small jars and use it in winter.

Ingredients

  • Figs - 500 g
  • Garlic - 1 head
  • Chili pepper - 1 piece
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l .
  • Spices and seasonings - 1 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Put the figs through a meat grinder and finely chop the garlic and chili.

Mix everything together and bring to a boil.

Add spices and vinegar, boil the sauce for 5 minutes and roll it into sterile jars.
