- Puff pastry - 500 g
- Berries - 300 g
- Chocolate - 100 g
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Roll out the dough into a thin layer and cut into a rectangle.
Cut part of the dough into strips and lay out the sides of the puff. Glue them on the beaten egg white.
Grease the sides with beaten egg yolk, and prick the base with a fork.
Send the blanks to the oven on parchment and bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.
Put a slice of chocolate in the center and put it in the oven for another 5-7 minutes.
Smear the soft chocolate with a fork, let the puffs cool a little and fill with berries. If desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
