- Kefir - 0.5 glasses
- Flour - 1.5 glasses
- Olive oil - 50 ml

- Salami - 120 g
- Mozzarella - 100 g

Mix kefir with soda and leave for 10 minutes.
Add butter, salt, sugar and sifted flour. Knead the dough and roll out the base.
Mix tomato sauce with chopped chili and garlic, grease the base.
Arrange the mozzarella slices and salami circles. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Bake the pizza in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
