It seems to me that everyone baked Snowball cookies for the New Year. When the house smelled of spruce, and it was snowing outside the window, it was time for popular baking. I tell you how cookies were cooked in my family. For sprinkling, powdered sugar can be mixed with coconut chips.
Ingredients
- Flour - 200 g
- Almonds (dried) – 170 g
- Vanilla sugar - 1 bag
- Butter (soft) – 160 g
- Powdered sugar - 1 glass
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop dried almonds in a blender.
Mix the sifted flour, almonds, butter, vanilla sugar and half of the powdered sugar.
Form small balls from the resulting crumbs, put them on a covered baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Roll the finished cookies in the remaining powdered sugar.
