Let's not just cook pancakes today, but also bake them in the oven with parmesan. This final processing will make the dish much tastier. Any salty filling will do, but I want to focus on meat with mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Flour - 240 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Milk (warm) – 300 ml
- Water (warm) – 1 glass
- Sugar - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - 0,25 tsp.
- Parmesan - 40 g
- Butter - 30 g
- Minced pork - 200 g
- Mushrooms - 200 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix eggs, salt and sugar. You can use a fork, whisk or mixer.
Add warm milk and mix until smooth.
Add the sifted flour in small portions and mix everything well.
Pour in the water, adjusting the thickness of the dough. Stir everything again.
Grease a frying pan with butter and heat over medium heat. Pour half a ladle of dough and spread evenly over the entire surface with inclined movements.
Fry the pancake on both sides until golden brown. Repeat the steps with the rest of the test.
Chop the mushrooms and peeled onion.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion and mushrooms until golden brown.
Pour in the minced meat and continue cooking for 8-10 minutes, kneading each lump with a spatula.
Add salt, pepper and remove from heat.
Put the filling on the pancakes and roll up the tube.
Put the resulting blanks in a greased form, sprinkle with grated parmesan and bake in a preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.
