You can cook such pancakes from young or frozen peas. In both versions, it turns out delicious, beautiful and healthy! Sometimes I add a clove of garlic or a sprig of fresh herbs for flavor. It is better to serve such a dish with sauce.
Ingredients
- Green peas - 400 g
- Chicken eggs - 2 pieces
- Sour cream - 2 tbsp.l .
- Flour - 4 tbsp.l .
- Baking soda - 0,25 tsp.
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Vegetable oil (for frying) – 100 ml
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Boil green peas in salted water until tender.
Put the finished peas in a colander and wait until the water is completely drained.
Select a few peas, chop the rest with an immersion blender or mash with a pusher.
Add eggs, sour cream, soda, flour, salt and ground pepper. Pour in the remaining peas and mix until smooth.
Heat the oil in a frying pan, spoon out small islands of dough and fry for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
