Amazing pie in the style of popular tarts. The base of the shortbread dough is baked separately, and the cream and berries are added at the very end. Simple, fast and amazingly delicious! Prepare it for the holidays or for lunch. Such baking is always appropriate!

Ingredients

  • Berries (different) – 350 g
  • Powdered sugar - 2 art.l.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Grate margarine or finely chop it with a knife.

Pour in the sifted flour and rub with your hands until fine crumbs.

Add the yolks, lightly beaten with sugar and salt.

Pour in the milk, knead the dough, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Cover the mold with baking paper, plucking off pieces of dough, lay out the bottom and sides of the base. The layer should be thick and reliable.

Sprinkle the workpiece with flour, cover with baking paper and pour in any cargo: beans, lentils or peas. Bake for 20 minutes at 190 degrees.

Remove the finished cake from the oven, remove the load and leave to cool at room temperature.

Whisk cream with sugar.

Add vanilla essence, cream cheese and mix until smooth.

Put the cream in the cooled billet, smooth it out.

Put the berries thickly on top and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
