Fragrant pancakes will perfectly cope with the role of dessert. To make them sweet enough, be sure to try citrus fruits before adding them to the dough. Too sour will have to be compensated with a large amount of powdered sugar.
Ingredients
- Flour - 200 g
- Kefir (warm) – 150 ml
- Chicken eggs - 1 piece
- Orange - 1 piece
- Baking soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - on the tip of the knife
- Butter (for frying) – 60 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Scald the orange with boiling water and dry it with a towel.
Remove 0.5 tsp of zest. Peel the rest from the peel and films.
Grind the resulting pulp in a blender.
Mix warm kefir, soda, salt and powdered sugar.
Add lightly beaten egg, orange pulp, zest and sifted flour. Mix well until smooth.
Place the dough in small islands on a preheated frying pan with oil and fry for 2 minutes on each side.
