Lecho with beans without sterilization for winter
Hearty homemade lecho with beans is a very tasty and practical way to save the harvest for the winter. Then it can be served with meat, fish or simply eaten as an independent dish. I advise you to use fresh young vegetables, and at the same time I will tell you how to do without sterilization.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Pre-soak the beans overnight and boil until tender.
Put tomatoes through a meat grinder and add butter, sugar and salt.
Bring the tomato to a boil and add the chopped pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
Add the beans, spices and garlic, and simmer for another 15 minutes.
Pour in the vinegar, mix and roll the lecho into scalded or steamed jars.
