Classic blackcurrant jelly will sparkle with new colors, it's worth adding a little orange to it. Refreshing citrus notes adorn your favorite billet very much. It turns out doubly tastier, and also doubly healthier.


Step-by-step cooking recipe

Peel the orange from the films and seeds, and randomly slice the pulp.

Pick the currant and chop it with a blender with an orange. Grind through a sieve if desired.

Add water and sugar, bring the juice to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.

Dilute the gelatin in water, pour into the workpiece, mix and roll the jelly into sterile jars.
