Ingredients
- Strawberries (field) – 700 g
- Sugar - 500 g
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Remove the strawberry tails, cover it with sugar and bring to a boil.
Boil the jam for about 7 minutes, remove from heat and leave for 1-2 hours.
Lightly mash the strawberries, add lemon juice and bring the jam to a boil again.
Pour it into sterile jars.
