Pickled broccoli with carrots

Divide the broccoli into small inflorescences, boil for 2 minutes in boiling water and immediately cool in an ice bath. The last step is the guarantee of the safety of its color.
Cut the carrots into circles, and if there are curly molds – stars or flowers.
Peel the garlic from the husk and send it to the jar. Spread the broccoli and carrots beautifully on top.
Send salt, sugar and all spices to the vegetables. Then pour oil, vinegar and boiling water.
Cover the jar with a lid, put it in a saucepan with water and boil for 5-7 minutes.
Roll up the sterilized blank and store in a cool place.
