Ingredients
- Blackberries - 1 kg
- Lemon juice - 1 art.l.
- Sugar - 700 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Cover the blackberries with sugar and boil for 10 minutes after boiling.
Remove the jam from the heat, let it cool completely and cook for another 10 minutes.
Repeat the previous step, but this time at the end add lemon juice and roll the jam into sterile jars.
