Ingredients
- Apples - 1.5 kg
- Lemon juice - 50 ml
- Sugar - 600 g
- Ground cinnamon - 1 tbsp.l .
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel and slice the apples. Add lemon juice, sugar and cinnamon, mix and leave for a couple of hours.
Bring to a boil and boil the billet for 20 minutes.
Grind the puree with a blender or grind through a sieve.
Boil for another 10 minutes and roll up for the winter in sterile jars.
