Canned squash saute for winter is a great way to preserve the taste of a summer vegetable for a long time. This recipe is easy and simple to execute, but at the same time very tasty and healthy. I like to add this saute to salads or serve as a side dish to the main dish.
Ingredients
- Patisson - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 1.5 kg
- Bell pepper - 5 pieces
- Garlic - 6 teeth
- Sugar - 100 g
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vegetable oil - 1 tbsp.l.
- Vinegar - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Chop all the vegetables and chop the garlic.
Add salt, sugar and butter to the tomatoes, and simmer for 15 minutes.
Add the squash and pepper, and simmer for another half hour.
Add garlic 10 minutes before the end, and vinegar 3 minutes before the end.
Roll up the honeycomb for the winter in sterilized jars.
