This pie will appeal even to those who don't like pumpkin! Fragrant, with crunchy crumbs, it can easily compete with delicious desserts. The cooking process is not without difficulties, but even a beginner can cope with them if desired.

Ingredients

For the base:
  • Flour - 260 g
  • Butter - 120 g
  • Sugar - half a glass
  • Vanillin - at the tip of the knife
  • Water (cold) – 20 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Mix the sifted flour, sugar and vanilla.

Grate butter on a grater and mix with a dry billet.

Add water, knead the dough, cover with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Roll out the cake according to the diameter of the mold, taking into account the sides. Put in a greased form, cover with baking paper and pour hot beans. Bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.

Peel the pumpkin, slice it and place it in a small saucepan.

Add sugar, water and simmer for 15 minutes.

Cool the mass, grind with an immersion blender.

Add the yolk, cinnamon, cream and beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.

Put the filling into the dough blank, smooth it out and put it in the oven for 20 minutes. This time the temperature should not be higher than 170 degrees.

Grate butter on a grater, mix with flour and sugar.

Rub the mass with your hands to get a fine crumb. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

Gently brush the pie with milk, sprinkle with crumbs and bake for another 10 minutes.
