- Milk - 50 ml
- Chicken eggs - 5 pieces

Step-by-step cooking recipe
Whisk eggs, milk, butter, sugar and salt with a whisk.
Gradually add the sifted flour, knead the dough and leave it to rest for half an hour.
Roll out the dough on a floured table and randomly cut into small pieces.
Deep-fry the baursaks in parts until golden.
