Ingredients
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 360 g
- Milk (warm) – 1 glass
- Potatoes (boiled) – 400 g
- Cheese (solid) – 150 g
- Onion - 2 pieces
- Mayonnaise - 2 art.l.
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Baking powder dough - 1 tsp.
- Nutmeg (ground) – to taste
- Ground black pepper - to taste
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces.
Peel and chop the onion.
Fry the onion in vegetable oil until transparent. Sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Lightly beat the eggs with salt, ground pepper and milk.
Add potatoes, cheese, onion and mix well.
Add mayonnaise, flour mixed with baking powder and mix again.
Put the dough in a greased form and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
