Delicious pancakes made from inexpensive products. In the season, canned corn can be replaced with young, after boiling it in salted water until ready. You can add any greens. I like it with dill, green onions and basil.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Grate the young zucchini.

Sprinkle with salt, stir and set aside for 10 minutes.

Squeeze the grated zucchini from the resulting juice. You can do this with your hands or with gauze.

Wash the corn, chop the greens finely.

Mix warm fermented baked milk and soda.

Add salt, ground pepper and lightly beaten eggs.

Add zucchini, herbs, corn and flour. Mix well until smooth.

Grease a frying pan with oil and heat it well. Spoon out small islands of dough and fry until golden brown on both sides.
