Another recipe for fans of mushroom preparations. Pickled rows with vinegar are prepared in the same way as most mushrooms. It is important to remember that they are a kind of gerbils, so the washing process should be taken seriously.

  • Garlic - 5 teeth
  • Black Pepper - 10 peas
  • Carnation - 2 pieces
  • Bay leaf - 3 pieces
  • Vinegar - 80 ml
  • Sugar - 10 g
  • Salt - 20 g
  • Water - 600 ml

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Sort out the rows and rinse thoroughly under running water.

Pour cold water and boil for 10 minutes.

Change the water and cook for another 10 minutes.

Put the mushrooms in a colander and leave to drain.

In a separate saucepan, mix water with sugar, salt and spices. Boil for 3 minutes.

Add the rowlets, chopped garlic and cook all together for 40 minutes.
