Ingredients
- Peaches - 3 kg
- Sugar - 2 kg
- Citric acid - 0,5 tsp.
- Water (filtered) – 2 l
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the peaches, cut in half, peel the seeds and chop.
Fill sterilized jars to the top with pieces of peaches.
Boil water, add sugar, citric acid and boil for 2 minutes.
Pour the boiling syrup into the jars and sterilize for 10 minutes.
Carefully remove the jars and pans, roll up and turn upside down.
