Ingredients

  • Eggplant - 1 kg
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Olive oil - 200 ml
  • Salt - 1 tsp.

Step-by-step cooking recipe

Cut the eggplant into small pieces.

Place on the grill of the electric dryer.

Dry for 6 hours at a temperature of 60 degrees.

Place coarsely chopped garlic on the bottom of clean dry jars.

Fold the eggplant pieces, sprinkling with salt.

Pour olive oil, cover tightly with lids and store in a dark, cool place.
