Pre-soak the beans for 4-5 hours.

Rinse, fill with fresh water and boil for 40 minutes.

Chop carrots, peeled bell peppers and onions.

Peel the tomatoes and pass them through a meat grinder.

Mix the tomato mass with sugar, salt, oil and boil for 20 minutes.

Add carrots, onions, bell peppers and cook for another 15 minutes.

Add the beans, black pepper and boil for another 10 minutes.

Pour in the vinegar, mix and close in the prepared jars.
