Of all the dozens of recipes for homemade lecho for the winter, I would like to mention this option from cucumbers separately. Not quite classic, but so delicious and crunchy. A wonderful snack for the whole family and for guests, and it's easy to prepare.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1 kg
- Tomatoes - 500 g
- Bell pepper - 250 g
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Vinegar - 50 ml
- Sugar - 2 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers in cold water for a couple of hours.
Pass tomatoes through a meat grinder, randomly chop pepper into them and add sugar, salt and oil.
Bring the billet to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.
Add the sliced cucumbers and cook for another 10 minutes.
Then add crushed garlic and vinegar, mix, simmer for another 5 minutes and roll the lecho into sterile jars.
