Winter should not be boring, including in matters of nutrition. Pickled cucumbers with hot pepper are bright, spicy and worthily diversifying the usual preparations. They stimulate the appetite as a snack and perfectly complement the main dishes.
Ingredients
- Cucumbers - 1.5 kg
- Dill - 4 umbrella
- Onion - 1 piece
- Hot red pepper - 2 pieces
- Chili pepper - 2 pieces
- Currant leaves - 1 handful
- Bay leaf - 4 pieces
- Water - 1 l
- Sugar - 3 tbsp.l.
- Salt - 1 art.l.
- Vinegar - 1 art.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Soak cucumbers in cold water for a couple of hours.
Randomly chop the pepper, chili and onion. Arrange in clean, dry jars with cucumbers, dill and leaves.
Pour boiling water and leave for 20 minutes under the lids.
Drain this water.
Boil clean water with salt and sugar. Add vinegar.
Pour the marinade over the cucumbers and roll them up.
