- Lemon juice - 150 ml
- Ground cinnamon - to taste
- Sugar - 500 g
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Prepare the apples, peel the seeds and cut into slices.
Add lemon juice, sugar and mix well.
Put the fruit on a covered baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Put the fruit on a tray, sprinkle with ground cinnamon and leave to dry at natural temperature for 3 days.
