The simplest jam from gooseberries collected in your own garden will sparkle with new colors, it's worth adding a little irga to it. Incredibly tasty, but not popular enough berry transforms your favorite blanks before your eyes.
Ingredients
- Gooseberry - 1 kg
- Irga - 600 g
- Sugar - 1.2 kg
- Citric acid - 2 pinches
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Mix gooseberries with irga and bring to a boil.
Lightly mash the berries and add sugar.
Bring to a boil again and cook the jam for 30-40 minutes on low heat.
Add citric acid and roll the jam into sterile jars.
