- Chicken fillet - 500 g
- Onion - 1 piece
- Carrots - 1 piece
- Bell pepper - 0.5 pieces
- Chili pepper - 1 piece
- Cilantro - 4 twigs
- Spices and seasonings - 1 tsp.
- Chicken eggs - 1-2 pieces
- Corn flour (or regular) – 2 tbsp.l.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Grate the carrots, finely chop the onion and pepper, chop the chili and cilantro.
Put the chicken through a meat grinder and mix the minced meat with vegetables.
Add spices and 1-2 eggs, according to consistency.
Add flour and spread the mass on the pan with a spoon.
Fry the cutlets in a minimum amount of oil on both sides until cooked.
