Sometimes you can see such huge pieces of turkey in the store that it's hard to just believe it! It is precisely from such parts that chops are best obtained. The main thing is to cut them correctly. I remind you that this should be done across the fibers!

- Turkey (fillet) – 700 g
- Chicken eggs - 3 pieces
- Flour - 2 tbsp.l .
- breadcrumbs - 1 glass
- Vegetable oil - 2 art.l.
- Hop-suneli - 0,5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Step-by-step cooking recipe
Wash the turkey fillet, dry it and cut it into plates about 1.5 centimeters thick.
Wrap each piece in plastic wrap and beat it off with a hammer on both sides.
Put the chops on a board, sprinkle with salt, hops-suneli and leave for half an hour at room temperature.
Wash the eggs, dry them and break them into a bowl.
Add salt, hops-suneli and lightly whisk with a fork.
Add flour and mix everything well again.
Pour the breadcrumbs onto a wide plate.
Dip the chops in the batter and roll in breadcrumbs.
Fry the chops in hot oil for 1.5-2 minutes on each side.
Put the chops on a baking sheet covered with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees.
